& CONDITIONS
1.
We have a no fix, no fee policy, if your
system is beyond repair we will not charge
you. If we are prevented from completing
the repair a diagnostic fee of £29
will be due.
2. If your system requires replacement hardware,
you will be advised before any parts are
supplied. If through any circumstance you
are not able to accommodate the full repair
including the replacement part/s, a diagnostic
fee of £29.00 will be due. If you
would like us to complete the repair within
one month from the above date this fee will
be refundable against our standard labour
charge.
3. All work carried out is *guaranteed for
one month from the above date following
a repair excluding the reoccurrence of viruses
& ad-ware or any other such internet
programs. We strongly recommend you use
your system to ensure that the work carried
out by us has been completed to your satisfaction
before any software is installed.
4. If your PC's operating system has been
cleanly re-installed wherever possible,
any data will be saved & stored in a
folder on the desktop called "Back
up". Before deleting this folder please
ensure you have saved any required data
to your C: Drive (Hard Disk) Please note
that any software applications previously
loaded onto the system will not be saved
and can only be re-loaded by you the customer.
5. If an engineer is called out to repair
a system that has been worked on previously
and it is proven to be a different fault
from the original repair the customer will
be charged a further fee.
6. All data held on computer systems
are the responsibility of the customer to
backup.
